Cory Vogler Obituary
Cory Robert Vogler was born October 2, 1972, in Saginaw, Michigan, son of John Vogler and Barbara (Houx) Vogler. He graduated from Crest Ridge High School in Centerview, Missouri. Cory worked at Walmart in Warrensburg for a few years after graduation. Following his employment with Walmart, he started his career with Harmon Industries (now Alstom) and worked there for the following 28 years. Cory enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding four-wheelers, small engine repair, and camping.
Survivors include his father: John Vogler of Warrensburg, MO; sons: Brandon Vogler (Semira King) of Alton, IL; Dax Vogler of Holden, MO and Chase Vogler of Holden, MO; and sister: Cindy Jenkins (Steve) of Leeton, MO; three grandchildren: A'amir, Zion and Kori-Anne Vogler of Alton, IL.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Barbara Vogler-Bonner; grandparents: Bob and Bertha Houx; and Gerald and Helen Vogler; nephew: Cole Steelman; and uncle: David Vogler.
Memorial services will be 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 12, 2021, at Williams Funeral Chapel in Warrensburg, Missouri, with Pastor George Locke officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until service time on Friday at Williams Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Hope Outdoors Central Missouri Chapter in care of the funeral home.
