Josh and Alix, I know very well that I am a better person for having been accepted into your family circle and shown the depth of grace and devotion to family as led by the man i knew as "the Judge". Exposed to the Judge's (and of course Ma's) humor, wit, charm and a willingness to accept another teenager into the family, oh how I loved the banter with my surrogate parents and oh how I loved their unequivocal embrace being a some time son! May you rest in well deserved peace Ace. I tried "making like a fastball" but always came up short!

I knew Aaron and Joell for the better part of 50 years, during which time I've known very few couples as devoted, loving, and happy with one another. They invented their own brand of humor which laughed at life's difficulties, and often themselves, and they made me laugh too. During a surprise visit with Arron this past year, I found his warmth and humor in full bloom, his memory keen, and his company enriching just as it had always been. The Silvermans lived and completed their lives with grace, an example which will remain with me the rest of my days. -Andrew Fuhrman
