Carol and I worked with deaf children when we first met. Over the years in Arlington, we continued to share so many preschool children and work with their families. Carol was gifted -- always knowing what to do to bring a smile or help a child...and even other teachers. I loved when little girls came to her first thing to "fix my hair, please." Eventually we found out we all three (including Dave) were alumni of the University of Illinois, and we certainly shared that devotion!
Loved being with Carol and know she loved her family sooooo much. Miss her already.
