Cassie Thompson Obituary
On Monday, January 24, 2005, beloved mother of Cassie Thompson Furgurson of Washington, DC and Nan Thompson Ourisman of Palm Beach, FL. Her marriage to J. Lawn Thompson, Jr. ended in divorce. With the resolve of her New England ancestors, she had been recovering bravely at home from a stroke suffered a year ago.
Interment will be private. Friends may call at her home on Friday, January 28 from 5 to 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Children's Inn at NIH, 7 West Dr., Bethesda, MD 20814 or The Washington National Cathedral, Massachusetts and Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20016.

Cassie....you are in our thoughts and prayers. Our love and prayers are with you and Nan. Your Mom was a special person to me and it always meant so much. Losing a parent is never easy....remember the wonderful times with her.
