CHESTER GAGE Obituary
CHESTER W. GAGE, JR. In Memory Of A Loved One
Chester Wesley Gage, Jr., lost his year-long fight with Cancer, passing away at his home in Hedgesville, West Virginia on October 4, 2013. A graduate from Northwestern High School, Hyattsville, Maryland, he was a long time employee of the Washington Post, retiring August 2009. Chester was born August 31, 1947 in Astoria, Oregon. He was predeceased by a daughter Jennifer Christie and his mother Oleva. In addition to his wife Phyllis Catherine; he is survived by two sons Christopher Wesley and Adam Philip of Maryland; his father Chester and a sister Ruth Gage Cooper, both of Maryland. He will be missed by family members, as well as numerous friends he acquired over the years. A Memorial Service will be held at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, WV, Saturday, October 19 at 3 p.m.
