CLEOPATRA MARIE CURTIS Former Owner of "Cleo''s Motel and Restaurant"
A life-long resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, peacefully departed this life on Wednesday, December 23, 2015, at Southern Maryland Hospital. Cleo was preceded in death by her "adopted" daughter, Darcia Greenfield Taylor, parents, Edward and Bertha (Holley) Curtis, nine brothers and two sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, four "adopted" grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation with the family will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016, at Saint Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 14908 Main Street, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton, Maryland. Memorial contributions may be made to: Saint Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, 14908 Main Street, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772

Sorry for your loss. I ran into a documentary on Cleo on YouTube. She was quite a lady. My first thought was I sure would like to meet this lady one day, only to find out that she already had past. She shared some advice in her video which is something I welcome

RMy condolences to the Curtis family. I met Ms pCurtis at quality care dialysis center I sat beside her and became friends with her. I told her she looked so much like my grandma so she said I could call her grandma...she was ever so nice and I will truly miss her.
