David Irick Obituary
IRICK DAVID JEROME IRICK On Friday, June 20, 2008. Beloved son of Samuel and Yvonne Irick. Also survived by four sisters, three stepsisters, two stepbrothers, stepmother, Cherry Irick and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, June 30 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the Mount Paran Baptist Church, 1341 K St. SE, Washington, DC. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD. Arrangements by HODGES & EDWARDS.

Ms. Irick, Karen, Cheryl and Donna, my heart goes out to each of you during this time. Sorry I wasn't able to make the services, but do know that my thoughts were with you the entire time. David has been like a brother to me and I was deeply hurt by his passing. He will forever be missed. Know that he is now at peace.

Words can not express how sorry I am to hear of David's passing. I have known him since we were children running around Mt. Paran together. Your family will always be in my thoughts and prayers. I pray that God will give you some sort of comfort during this difficult time. And this too shall pass...

Aunt Yvonne & Uncle Sam - This was very hard for me to swallow. When I heard the news, I went numb. But, I know David is alright now. He is in perfect peace. If there is any thing I can do, even if it's just to talk, I'm here for you. I love you both.
