Many Happy memories of Mr. Reznick from my high school where he came to cheer our football team where his son Mitch and I played. He was the only parent that brought an air horn and would blow it LOUDLY when we scored. We all loved him for it.

A heartfelt thank you David from Steve Lowitz

David has been such a dominant force in affordable housing whose council and tax advice enabled guys like me to understand how to structure and obtain the funding to develop new housing for those who most need it. We often discussed how so satisfying it is to see a family in need housed in a new home they can afford, to see the children cleanly clothed and off to school, to be given a chance to aspire and live the American dream.
As I always do when I see David, I thank him for leading the way. I would often say David nobody puts forth the energy that you do - amazing and David would always say "I am very proud of your accomplishments Steve. Always let me know how I can help in any way.
My continued aspiration is to go out with my boots on. This was David's way. He has touched so many in such a positive and mentoring way. David pioneered the affordable housing business. We will carry on David - the business that you so capably fostered.

Here is one for the Gipper..

saddened to hear of the passing of David. We have known each other since high school. He was always to see old friends whenever our paths crossed in the development industry.

I Was a childhood friend of David. I ran into to him after the Redskins Super Bowl win in Minnesota coming out of a Washington Post Party. We had nowhere to eat. He got me and my friends into the party. Sorry to hear he passed away.

Having known Dave since 1977, when we first worked together on a workout in what was then the 'undeveloped' Tyson's Corner, I know that somewhere he's telling jokes in heaven and advising God on the filing requirements. He will be missed less because he will be remembered more.

I am very saddened to hear of David's passing. I had the privilege of working with him for several years and respected him, but also appreciated the friendship he offered to all of us. He was a pioneer in the accounting and affordable housing community and will be very missed. He always encouraged us to do the best we could and make the world a better place, and he certainly did. He was a wonderful person and we will all miss him dearly.
