Davinder Singh Brar

Mr. Davinder Singh Brar, age 73 of Centreville, Virginia, passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 15, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Rimpal Kaur Brar and father to his two sons Upneet Singh Brar and Ameet Singh Brar. Davinder was born on May 10, 1952 in the historic district of Muktsar, Punjab India. He came from humble beginnings in a farming community where he learned core values of hard work, self-reliance, and determination. Davinder married his wife Rimpal, affectionately known as Netu, in 1979. Netu was the light of Davinder's life, his best friend, and protector. There is no accomplishment he was more proud of than marrying his wife of 46 years. Davinder was a generous and gracious man. He helped so many of his friends and family settle in the United States. He had strong values and was well liked by everyone he met. Davinder was always there in times of need for others, because he knew those acts of service would bring him kindness in return. Davinder made so many core memories with his wife, children, daughter in-laws, grandchildren, dogs, extended family and friends. There are not enough words to measure the impact that he had on his family and community. Davinder accomplished so much in his life. His heart was full until his last breath. He will be deeply missed as a husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His memory will live on forever in the hearts of everyone he touched.
Service will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, 1 to 3 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22032.
