On Thursday, August 23, 2007, ETHEL M. WATERS, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Edward Waters; mother of Michael (Theresa), Wayne, James (Lana), and Richard Waters. Also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at First Baptist Church of Silver Spring, 8415 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD, on Monday, August 27, at 11 a.m. Interment private.
