On Saturday, December 28, 2013, FRANCES SIEGEL of Bethesda, MD. Beloved wife of Herb Siegel; loving mother of Sondra (Jeffrey) Komarow and Judith (Eric) Hochhauser; dear sister of Ann Klein; devoted grandmother of Lauren (Jason Hillger) Komarow and Sharon (Brandon Stafford) Komarow and great-grandmother of Ada Stafford and Nora Hillger. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2013, 10:30 a.m. at Temple Emanuel, 10101 Connecticut Ave., Kensington, MD. Interment following at Garden of Remembrance Memorial Park, Clarksburg, MD. Shiva will be observed Sunday and Monday evenings at the home of Sondra and Jeffrey Komarow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Pl., Landover, MD. 20785 or to the charity of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001.
