Frank was truly a very nice man. Living in the same neighborhood, I would see him and his wife walking past my house, holding hands......after she passed, he seemed very lost without her. Frank and I were friends. He offered to fix a light switch for me. He worked to replace it and turned it on...it didn´t work. I asked him how many years were you an electrician? He laughed...said I knew this would happen. I met two of his sons....Ryan and not sure of the other son´s name. They were very kind and gracious like their father. My sincerest sympathy to Frank´s family and to Judy....he will be greatly missed in our community.
