I was in 80's an Italian soldier and I escorted him in Verona during Christmas 1980. A fabulous man. USA has lost one of the best.

I was priviledged to serve with the General in his work with the Nuclear Weapons Program at DOE. He was honorable and capable in all his duties. The Nation owes him a debt of gratitude. He will be missed.
