Howard Portnoy Obituary
He is survived by his children Susan (Eric) Raps of San Rafael, CA, Diane Lee Portnoy of San Francisco, CA and Ralph (Janice) Portnoy of Hollywood, MD as well as his grandchildren Natalie (Doug) Farren, Jacob Portnoy and Elena Portnoy, and his great-grandson, Wyatt Farren. He will be interred at a future date in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to a charity of your choice.
