On Tuesday, February 7, 2012, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Frederick George Silfies; mother of Martine (William) Bennett, Muriel (Richard) Owens and Sylvie Chen; grandmother of Nathalie Bennett-Wenning, Stephanie Buchanan, Shaun Owens, Christopher Owens and David Chen. Also survived by a niece, Michele Chereau and four great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette's Church, 72 University Blvd. East, Silver Spring, MD on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11 a.m., with family receiving friends at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
