A quick and expansive intellect matched with depth and thought. A bike rider with the legs and heart of a Flandrien. Thank you for enriching our lives and rides. You will be missed.

On behalf of the M-NCPPC Information Technology & Innovation Division, I am sending condolences to the Hargett family. Our team members were so sad to hear of Jim's passing. Jim was hired to replace me when I got my first promotion, and it was such a pleasure to be his teammate as we launched new technology and our first local area network starting in 1989. Jim really enjoyed learning and tackling challenges in IT. I am pleased that I saw him in the last year when he stopped by our office to say hello. I will really miss Jim. I'll see you at the memorial service, which I am so looking forward to. ....Barbara
