Jerome M. Kwiatkowski
Jerome M. Kwiatkowski of McLean, VA passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 1, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born on January 25, 1936 in Erie, PA. Beloved husband of 61 years of Helen Kwiatkowski; loving father of Gregory and wife Karen, Jeffrey and wife Kimber, Bradley and life partner Holli Lojzim and Alexandra and husband Markus Ober. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. at St. John the Beloved Catholic Church, 6420 Linway Terrace, McLean, VA. Reception to follow in Adult Education Room.
