We lived in the same community, went to the same church, and our son went to the same school as Ian and Ryan. Joe was the first person we met at Washington International. His passion for life and the love he had for his family were admired a great deal by us. He always had a smile on his face and something witty to say. We feel lucky that he and Jan were in our lives. He will be missed a great deal by us. Love the Bapst's

What an energy and love of life Joe Wisniewski had. He was very social and loved to be around people, no one was a stranger. Joe was always bouncing from one place or activity to the next. His boys helped keep him young and active. He enjoyed them and their time together so much and had a full calendar of future "to do's". Joe always felt blessed to have Jan, his wife. She provided for him a respite, a home. He considered her to be beautiful and intelligent. As far as family goes, I was lucky (as Joe's sister-in-law) to always be enveloped into their home life with no complaint from Joe, just enjoyment, smiles, and good host skills. Joe will be missed. I will miss him. Good bye Joe. You will always have a place in my memories and my heart.

God Bless you Jan and your boys. You are in my thoughts and prayers as well as my families. The "Riche" women are a strong bunch, and I know they are there to help you and your boys. Joe's passing will not deminished his spirit, passion, nor the important ways he touched your lives or the impact of his lifes work. God Bless your family.

Dear Jill,
I will remember Joe as a person who loved you and the boys with all his heart. I know this will be a special loss to the boys because they were so close to Joe and he did many wonderful things with them.
I pray every night for you, the boys and all of your family. I know this has affected everyone deeply and there is no favor too large or small that I would not do for you in this time of grief.

Jan and Family,
We are so sorry to learn of your loss. I'm glad your Mom is there with you. I feel as though Bill and I knew Joe a little from our talks with your Mom, and shared his political passions. Draw on the love of family that surrounds you. We send our deepest sympathy and concern.
