Let me express my deepest sympathies to the family. I also attended Carroll HS with Joe. We played football there, he was a great lineman. He was a wonderful person with a great outlook on the way he lived life. He may be gone, but his memory lives on for all of us.

To The Balsamo Family:
Joe and I went to Carroll High School and played on the football team. He was a super tackle and opened many great holes for me and other backs. He called me out of the blue about a year ago and we made plans to get together. It never happened. Joe will always be in my thoughts and prayers as well as his family. Godspeed my friend.
