JUDITH ANDRESS HOOVER, 58, of Ruther Glen died Saturday, March 26, 2005 at Henrico Doctors Hospital, Richmond. Born in Alexandria she was a lifetime Episcopalian and a member of the Caroline Humane Society. She retired as a management assistant at Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl R. Andress, Jr. She is survived by her fiance, Gail G. Lux, Sr.; her mother, Marie Andress of Ruther Glen, a sister Loretta Goss of Ruther Glen, three children Charles L. Hoover, Jr., Catherine M. Clements both of Ruther Glen and Michael Hoover of Fredericksburg, four step-children Toni L. Magness and Penny M. Knupfer both of New York, Gail G. Lux, Jr. of Texas and Herbert W. Lux of Pennsylvania and 19 grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.
