On October 13, 2006. Wife of Glen Adams; daughter of Pearl Kowalczyk. She is also survived by her aunt, Bernice Rucki and her nephew, George (Lorraine) Sakowski. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 3 p.m. at Advent Funeral Services, 7211 Lee Hwy., Falls Church, VA. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in memory of Karen Kowalczyk to Life With Cancer, Breast Cancer Fund, c/o Pam Maroulis, Director of Development, 2832 Juniper St., Ste., 203 Fairfax, VA 22031.

We learned at Karen's memorial service, what a dynamic woman she was. You two were blessed to have found each other.
