Dear Sean and Daughters,
I was a student of Dr. Murray's at Loyola. I lost my 21-year-old son, Thomas, in April and join your family in your Tsunami of grief. My son was someone who was vibrant and lived life fully just as Kelly and your dear Sloane and it is so hard to understand how they can be taken out of life when they contribute so much. May God grant you grace and peace in the coming months. Love transcends our physicality but that is little comfort to you today. Close family and friends, please care for the girls and offer them ways to express their grief as siblings are often "forgotten mourners." I am so very sorry for your loss.

I just heard about kelly and her daughter. I met kelly a long time ago when she worked at Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia, California. Someone so special can never be forgotten. I lost contact with her when she moved away. I am deeply saddened by hearing of her death. Her mother happened to stop by our home just "passing by" just about a month ago and filled my husband in on what Kelly was up to..what a beautiful family...
my deepest heartfelt sympathy is with all of the family.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you at this most difficult time. Draw comfort from each other and rely on fond memories of your deceased loved ones. The scriptures tells us at Ecclesiastes 9:11:
I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all

Kelly and Sloane will forever live in our hearts and memories. Words cannot express the sadness we feel and the love we have for Sean and his family. We hope that time and the love of friends and family help fill the void and ease the pain of this awful event. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.
