MIKAYLA CULLEN Obituary
MIKAYLA JANE CULLEN (Age 19)
Our beloved daughter and sister passed away on September 19, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA, where she was attending college. Mikayla was born in Washington DC and attended Our Lady of Lourdes and Albert Einstein High School. Survivors include her father, Terrence, her mother, Christine (Evans) Cullen and three brothers; Joe Candaffio and his wife Carrie, Thomas Cullen and Sean Cullen. She is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles and many cousins. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, September 25 at Blessed Sacrament Church in Washington, DC. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. followed by the Mass at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Montgomery County Humane Society.

Terry......Please accept my deepest sadness and sympathy for the loss of your child. There is a special place in heaven for Mikayla, having to deal with such a rare disease. Terry and family, We are so deeply saddened and sorry for the loss of your beloved daughter and sister. Mikayla was a bright sunbeam of warmth, fun and love in our lives for too short a time, and we completely adored her. She brought hugs, laughter and music wherever she went and lit up our home whenever she was here. May you find comfort knowing she was at the peak of her happiness and excitement about life's potential, and feel the strength and protection of her forever-young angelic spirit.
