Richard King "James" (Age 52)
Of Finksburg, passed away March 30, 2020, at Carroll Hospital Center. Son of Richard Clyde King the late Dona Lee Dart King. Survived by wife of Carla L. King, daughter Sarah A.M. King, sisters, Denise Delph and Nikki Barret (Fred). James was the Branch Chief of Information Resources and Services at The National Institutes of Health.
