Beloved husband of Joan Frances Culpepper; devoted father of Cheryl Culpepper (Art) Carter, Michael David (Patricia) Culpepper and Tracey Culpepper (Ken) Salem; loving grandfather of Eric and Kayla Carter and Thomas, Matthew and Casey Salem. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Thursday, February 4, from 7 to 9 p.m. where service will be held on Friday, February 5, at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Joan & Cheryl,
Cheryl, many thanks for calling me Sunday evening. You indeed were the apple of daddy's eye starting with the WO Lab days. Joan, thank you for putting up with Ron & I abandoning you and my Joanna, so that the boys could play on our sports car rallies. I will always remember trimming the huge Christmas trees and the reverie of the gang during and after those parties.
