On Tuesday, August 15, 2006. Loving son of Silvera L. Bailey; Devoted father of Roosevelt, IV and De'Carlos Bailey. He is also survived by a sister, Rochelle Vaughan; a host of other relatives and friends. On Friday, August 25, friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. until service 12 noon at Shiloh Baptist Church, 9th and P Streets N.W. Interment Maryland National Park.
