RUSSELL B. GROSS, SR.

Suddenly on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at Doctors Hospital. Beloved father of Russell B. Gross, Jr. (Kathryn) and Catherine Gross. Also survived by three grandchildren, Nathaniel Harvey, Jarrett Elder and Jo Anna Gross, nine great-grandchildren, one sister Jessie Palmer; a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation on Saturday, November 25 from 11 a.m. until hour of homegoing service at 12 noon, at Bright Light Baptist Church, 7300 New Hampshire Ave, Takoma Park, Md. Rev. Dr. Isaac Alston, Pastor. Interment George Washington Cemetery. Services by AUSTIN ROYSTER.

TO THE GROSS FAMILY: MY MOST SINCERE AND DEEPEST SYMPATHY GOES OUT TO YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY TODAY. I REMEMBER MR GROSS AND EVERY TIME I SAW HIM HE HAD A SMILE THAT COULD LIGHT UP ANY ROOM.I FIRST MET MR GROSS THROUGH HIS GRANDDAUGHTER JO ANNA AND MR GROSS HAD ENERGY TENACITY AND STRENGTH ICAN TRULY SAY NOW HE IS FINALLY AT REST SEE HIS LOVING WIFE THAT HAS PATIENTLY AWAITED FOR HIS ARRIVAL INTO HEAVEN NOW HE CAN LOOK FROM HEAVEN AND THE TWO CAN WATCH OVER US.
