Mrs. Marian, RaySean, & Family
I am remembering the "Pennbrooke" days of RaySean & I growing up. Mr. Dutch was always fun to be around. I am truly saddened for your loss but know that he is in a better place. God Bless and I will keep you all in my prayers!

Dutch,
I'm in total shock that your no longer here. You were a great man and I'll treasure the conversations that we had together. I'm disappointed that we never got to hook up & take that car ride like we said we would based off our final conversation. LoL, we did have a ball on Halloween man and things will not be the same without you.
Ma Dutch,
I'll always be here for you. I Love You All

We will miss Dutch. He was a good friend and neighbor. If he had it and you needed it, it was yours. Always a smile on his face and kind words from his lips. He was the "Mayor" of the block. R.I.P.

My heart goes out to the Dutch & Clark family. Dutch was a nice man with a friendly personality and beautiful smile to light up a room. He always went over and beyond to help others and always gave a kind word of advice when in need. He will truly be missed as it is so hard to believe that God has called him home but Dutch was an angel sent here to bless other people and after his work was completed, he now has a seat at the table with his heavenly father. I know the angels are rejoicing in heaven. Things definately won't be the same without him. I really can't imagine having a function without him there.
We will never forget him.
