I am so sorry for the passing of your dad. He always had a warm smile and a gentle demeanor that put everyone at ease. Mr. Wiley truly believed that kindness was the foundation of a strong community, and he lived that belief every day. His legacy of compassion and warmth will be remembered by all who knew him.
