Donald White Obituary
December 6, 1945 - November 25, 2024
It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my much loved husband and best friend, Don White, who died at home quietly and peacefully after almost four years of struggling with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis disease.
Funeral Mass is Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption in Cashmere, WA. Reception immediately following at the church.
Don expected his death to be one of celebration and joy and nothing less and to continue to build the Lord's church here on earth. With that in mind, in lieu of flowers please contribute to the Building Campaign Matching Challenge for Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church before December 31, 2024.

Vicki - I doubt you'll remember me, but Don was my sponsor when reporting to VQ-2 Rota. My wife and I appreciated not only the help getting settled, but also the friendship as time went on in Rota. I remember several discussions Don and I had about what next after Rota and I'm glad his follow-on plans for transition to EA-6's was so successful. Take care and I'm so sorry to hear such sad news.

So very sorry you have lost Don, Vicky. I and our grand children have very happy family memories of Don and his winding sled run created in your back yard. Tons of fun and complete with the requisite warming fire! Of course we will always remember Don and his labs Luna l and ll
