Edgar John "Jack" Bevier

October 12, 1932 - August 4, 2024

Jack Bevier was born to Clifford and Katherine Bevier on October 12, 1932, in Hamburg, NY. He joined siblings Kip and Katherine. While he lived in many places throughout his life, at one point counting 25 addresses before the age of 19, he considered Wenatchee, WA, his home.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, he attended San Jose State University, where he met the love of his life, Janet Wilcox. They married in 1961, and spent the next 60+ years together. His work career was spent in the hospitality industry. He remained active in his retirement years enjoying a stellar career as a Master Swimmer and rock climbing when the pandemic closed the pools.

Jack Bevier is survived by Janet, his ex-wife and best friend of Wenatchee, WA; his son, Terry, and daughter-in-law, Debbie of Kent, WA; and four grandchildren: Bethany, Alexander, Christopher and Hannah.

A Celebration of Life get-together will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the home of Leslie Allan, 919 Skyline Place, Wenatchee, WA.
