Patrick Carl Carlin

Angola – Patrick C Carlin, 63 of Angola passed away Friday August 22, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. He was born December 8, 1961 in Chicago to Michael Edward and Mary (Kramer) Carlin. His parents have passed away as has his brother, Michael Carlin, Jr. Patrick was Sales Manager at Superior Aluminum Alloys in New Haven. He also worked with Western Michigan University in their Metal Casting Education Program. He served on the Board of Directors for American Foundries Society from 2018 to 2022. He served Western Michigan University for over 30 years on their Cast Metals Advisory Board. He loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren, going to all their sporting events and performances, never showing up empty handed. Patrick is survived by a son and daughter in law, Nick and Jennifer Carlin of Fort Wayne and a daughter, Katie Carlin of Chicago; 4 grandchildren, Lila Carlin, Olivia Carlin, Myles Carlin and Stella Carlin. Visitation will be Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 1860 Center Street, Auburn, IN. A graveside service will be 3:00 PM (Central Time) Friday, August 29, 2025 at All Saints Memorial Cemetery, 700 North River Road, Des Plaines, IL 60016. Memorials can be given in memory of Patrick to the Leukemia And Lymphoma Society.
