Fay Wunder Obituary

Fay J (Bossler) Wunder, 89, of Laureldale, passed away January 14, 2025 at Laureldale Skilled Nursing and Rehab. She was the loving wife of Sherwood Wunder who she married on June 22, 1960. Born June 22, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Harold Bossler and Helen (Boyer) Bossler Fay was a graduate of Reading High and worked as a financial advisor at Ludens Candy for a majority of her career. She also worked as the secretary at Tri-County Wing Snappers in Hamburg. During her free time she loved watching tv and spending time flying the RC model airplanes with her husband Sherwood. Surviving are two sisters, Carol and Joy. She was predeceased in death by three sisters: Arlene; Sandy; and Patricia. A viewing will be held Tuesday night, January 21st from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m. at the Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A service will follow at 7 p.m. Burial will take place the next day, Wednesday, January 22nd at 1 p.m. at Berks County Memorial Gardens.
