Fern Yerger Obituary

Fern passed away peacefully August 17th while in hospice care, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Fern, graduated from Kutztown High School. She married Eugene yerger in 1965. They had 2 children Annette Yerger wife Carol Jensen. She worked at Max Thriftway, also Bally Ribbon Mill, also Boyertown Packaging and also she worked part-time at Pikeville sportsman club in the kitchen. also CR 's convenience store before retirement. Fern loved to play Bingo, trips to the casino with her friend Paul. She also liked watching her old western shows. Listening to country music, reading romance books, and the Lawrence walk show. She would help out at the Boyertown senior center , cooking breakfast and enjoyed playing cards with her friends in the afternoon Survivors, are her daughter: Annette Yerger and wife Carol Jensen. Grandkids Nicholas Yerger, Russell Yerger, and fiance Cassandra, Eric Yerger and wife Nicole, Jessica Yerger, and Brittany Lynne Hey, and husband Austin, Siblings: Helen Kerchner, Milton Kerchner, Francis Bennicoff, Russell Bennicoff, Mary Bennicoff, Betty Bennicoff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren In addition to her parents Russell W. Bennicoff and Esther M. Berger, Fern is preceded in death Also preceded by herhusband Eugene Yerger, and her son Gary Yerger, Helen and Francis Per Fern's requested she wanted to be cremated and then be buried beside her husband. There will be a graveside burial, and celebration of life at a later date.
