I worked with Kathy at the Hampden Branch of American Bank. We had a great time, especially dressing up for Halloween. Kathy´s outfit was always amazing. Can someone let me know what time the celebration for Kathy´s life will be at Jim Dietrich park?

Kathleen Lieber
Mid-Atlantic Disc Dogs Club´s #1 Fan

Kind-hearted as she cared deeply for all that surrounded her
Adorable with that big smile that made it obvious she was happy to see and be with her friends
Take-charge and tenacious lady that made sure her points were heard by her local Park´s Board
Heroic, helping as a youngster through her late years working to help the armed forces
Ladylike, but not apologetic when she needed to dig her big girl boots in to make a point
Every dog was her favorite*
Engaging in her conversation as she not only wanted to hear your story, but she had stories to tell as well
Number One Fan of Mid-Atlantic Disc Dogs Club, its people and especially their dogs

*I am sure she wouldn´t have admitted to any of the other dogs that came to her to be petted, sit in her lap or just to have a conversation ... but I think Chicklet was her favorite since this was Kathleen´s nickname as a child! Just saying.
Kathleen,
You will be sorely missed but will forever be in our memories. You have burned so many into our hearts in the years that you came out to support our Keystone State River Jam Disc Dog weekend at Jim Dietrick´s Park. You did so much even if it was to just sit there and take in all the dogs and handlers´ performances. But no, as depicted above, you were so much more than that and showed it in your kind gestures over the years. Just to name a couple ... In the early years, you bought pizza for all the hard workers running the event and made signs and placed them on the park´s entrance road to guide those attending the park to our event.

Save The Date: May 24-25, 2025
MAD Dogs will be celebrating Kathleen´s life at this year´s Keystone State River Jam event at Jim Dietrick´s Park. Come out and enjoy the event, people & dogs just like Kathleen did for 10 years!

Rey and I sat with Katherine several times after our runs last year at Jim Dietrich park. Thank you for being such a huge fan of Mad Dogs.

May 2016 in Reading at the Disc Event where I first met Kathleen a year before. I´m not 100% certain but I think 2015 might have been her first time. We´ve been friends ever since and I actually spoke with her the morning of the day she passed trying to give her some encouragement. Kathleen really loved seeing all the dogs catch disc. She made many friends in our disc group and she will be missed.
