Dennis Lyga Obituary

Dennis A. Delfino Lyga, 79, of Kensington, loving husband of Theresa A. Tonina-Lyga, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Dennis was born in Bristol, June 11, 1946, son of the late Marshall Lyga and Yolanda Decrisantis and had been a Kensington resident for many years. Dennis was employed as a Dynamite Blaster until his retirement and was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his wife Theresa, he is survived by several aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, August 25, 2025 at 10 a.m. in St. Paul's Church, 485 Alling Street, Kensington. There will be no calling hours. Interment with military honors will follow in the State of CT. Veterans' Cemetery in Middletown.
