Joseph Maynard Obituary

Joseph V. Maynard, 82, of Bristol, CT beloved husband of Cora (Dever) Maynard passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Hospital of Central CT @ New Britain General. Joseph was born in Cleveland, Ohio and was the son of the late Lindsey and Virginia (Mulligan) Maynard. Besides his wife Cora, Joseph is survived by his three daughters Shelly Maynard, Courtney (Maynard) Kromer and her husband Michael and Ashley Maynard, his two sons Gage-Joseph Dever and Ryan Maynard and his two grandchildren Grace Cooper and Wilbur Cooper. Joseph was predeceased by his brother Alan Maynard and his three sisters Marilyn Lester, Winifred Maynard and Linda Davenport. Funeral service will be private. There are no calling hours. I worked side by side with joe. My heart is hurting hearing joe has passed. He was a very kind man and was a great support to me. I am sure joe will be greatly missed by family and friends. RIP joe
