Jeffrey Berenson Obituary

Jeffrey M. Berenson, 68, passed away on August 20, 2025, in Tidwell Hospice House, Bradenton, FL. He was born in Lawrence, Massachusetts on March 19, 1957, the son of Joan (Zuker) and the late Sumner Berenson. Jeffrey earned his bachelor's degree and MBA at Babson College, and his master's in taxation at Bentley University. He was employed as a CPA at his firm Accounting and Taxes, Inc. He also worked for the federal government for many years at the Department of Transportation. He enjoyed Sports, James Bond, Star Trek, Old Westerns, traveling and spending time with family. Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan (Katz), his sisters, Marla Berenson and her husband Joseph Gould of Hutchinson Island, FL, Lori Berenson of Cambridge, MA, godson Aaron Taylor, nieces and nephews, Jessica Stevenson & her husband Andrew, Alyssa Solomon, Gahrett Solomon and his wife Dana, Abigail Riley & her husband Kenneth, great nieces and nephews, Nicholas Stevenson, Sophie Stevenson, Isaac Solomon, Ruth Solomon, Graham Riley and Mara Riley. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his graveside service on Sunday, August 24 at 11 AM in Sons of Abraham Cemetery, 18 Cole St, Beverly, MA. Arrangements are by the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Homes, Bradford ~ Haverhill. Contributions in his memory may be made to Camp Bauercrest, P.O. Box 15, Newton, MA 02462.
