Sheryl Ann (Stevens) Kelly "Sherry," 60, of Plaistow, New Hampshire passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on the evening of Sunday, August 17, 2025. She was born on November 26, 1964 in West Stewartstown, NH, the daughter of Charles O. and Shirley Stevens.
Sheryl grew up on Rustic Lane in Plaistow and graduated from Timberlane Regional High School. She also proudly earned a bachelor's degree in theology from Gloryland Bible College in Florence, South Carolina. She was raised in a loving home alongside her brothers, Charlie O and Chet Stevens.
On March 2, 1991, Sheryl married the love of her life, Daniel J. Kelly. Together they built a home filled with love, faith, and family. Much of Sheryl's adult life was devoted to raising their three children-Scott, Bridget, and Austin Kelly-and maintaining a warm and welcoming household. She also supported Danny in his sign shop business, working behind the scenes to ensure their family's success.
A woman of deep Christian faith, Sheryl lived her life with selflessness and compassion. She was always willing to put aside her own needs to help others, embodying kindness in its truest form. Her friends and family knew her as someone who could be counted on without hesitation.
From 2010 to 2024, Sheryl was the proud owner and operator of Embraced Jewelry, where she handcrafted custom memorial pieces using artifacts such as flowers or ashes. Her work brought comfort to many grieving families, reflecting her gift of turning love and memory into something lasting and beautiful.
Sheryl is survived by her mother and father, her beloved husband, Daniel; her children, Scott, Bridget, and Austin; her daughter-in-law, Torri, and her cherished grandchildren, Gavin and Eliza Kelly. She also leaves behind her two brothers, a brother-in-law, and two sisters-in-law (Patrick Kelly, Kristina Kelly, and Colleen Kelly), nine nieces and nephews; her dog, Maple, and many close cousins and friends who adored her.
Sheryl's life was a testament to devotion, faith, and generosity of spirit. Her legacy will live on in the countless lives she touched through her love, friendship, and artistry.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 24, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, New Hampshire. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. In keeping with the family's wishes, there will be no burial at this time.
