William Foley Obituary HAVERHILL - William P. Foley passed away At West Roxbury VA hospital on Monday morning, June 17, after long illness. He was a graduate of Whittier Tech in 1978 and went on to serve in the U.S. Army in West Germany. He worked for many years as an auto mechanic and a welder. Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved Cape Ann, the Merrimack and the ocean. He is survived by his brother Mark F. Foley of Salisbury, MA, sister Janet E. Jacobs of Dublin, OH, two nephews James Jacobs of Bowie, MD, and Matthew Jacobs of Nashville, TN, and a niece Jenna Jacobs of Hilliard, OH. Bill will be very much missed.
