Sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Small.I had the pleasure of spending two week with Bob in Wisconsin for Sentry Ins.This had to be one of the best times in my life working with Bob at Sentry.

To Nancy and Family.
My deepest sympathy in hearing of Bobs passing.I go way back with him,knowing him at West End Chevy. I later worked with him as his manager and he was very well liked by all the Sentry employees. He was well respected by other staff appraisers and could be counted on to be a team player and a "get it done" type of professional. He later assisted in training new appraisers to their job. He helped me and made my job easier.
May your pain and sorrow shortly end and may he live in your memory forever.
