Dave - the lines on your boat were always a mess... a knotted pile instead of perfect coils - but you didn't care, you stood happily at the wheel, chugging up the Bass River. As Joe said, uncomplicated, unbiased, but firmly at the helm. Bon Voyage...

Dear Anne,

So many years have passed since we last crossed paths, and I am sorry that we have to reconnect at a time of your loss.

You and Dave were wonderful neighbors to a young kid and always friendly.

I am sorry that time didn't allow us to connect before this.

Please accept my sympathy and the assurance that you and your son and the repose of Dave's soul will be in my thoughts and prayers.

I wish I could offer my condolences in person.

Anne:
I am still in shock from the news of Dave's passing. He was first a mentor to me and it grew into a 30+ year friendship that cannot be replaced. If I can be of any help to you and Chris, just say the word. You have my deepest condolences and full support for the future.
