Phillip Zigler Obituary

Phillip E. "Ziggy" Zigler, 72, of Winchester, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013 at I.U. Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
Ziggy was born May 20, 1941 to the late Walter and Grace Zigler. He was retired from Kerr Glass in Dunkirk in 1994, due to an accident and lengthy illness.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian Jane Zigler who he married in 1983; three sons, Richard Zigler, Darren (Jamie) Sheffer, and Thomas (Kim) Sheffer; two daughters, Angela (Anthony) Meyers and Angel (Billy) Boyce; two sisters, Betty Cook and Phyllis (David) Wallace; 17 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and many special nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ziggy was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Phillip Wayne Zigler; sisters, Christine Landars, Mary Anne Hinshaw and Virginia Jones; and two brothers, Burl (Jo Ann) and Bobby (Phyllis) Zigler.
Funeral services are noon Thursday at Walker Funeral Home, Winchester.
Friends and family may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.walkerswinchester.com.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
