Timothy Pettie

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of our beloved Timothy Pettie. Born on January 16, 1967, in Union City, IN, Timothy was an extraordinary soul who touched countless lives with his creativity and loving nature. For 58 years, he was a proud resident of Union City, Ohio, infusing his community with his infectious spirit and relentless zest for life.
Timothy was a man of many talents-a drywall specialist by trade, he was a cornerstone of the construction industry, demonstrating the same creativity and precision in his craft as he did in all aspects of his life. Away from work, his love for computer games and house rehabilitation projects was well-known, often leaving those around him in awe of his diverse skills and interests. He was also an active member of the Valley Rock Church of Dayton, OH, where he practiced faith with the same passion and dedication he brought to every endeavor.
In the words of Albert Einstein, "The only source of knowledge is experience," and Timothy was a living testament to that. He was a beacon of knowledge, wisdom, and experience, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a piece of advice. His life was a testament to the power of love, creativity, and determination, and his legacy will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to know him.
He is survived by his father, Alfred Pettie and stepmother, Casey Pettie. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Pettie, and his brothers, Edward and Michael Hill. Each of these family members held a special place in his heart, and he in theirs.
