CLEMMONS - Mr. Alfred Grady Alexander, 56, of Clemmons died Sunday, Aug. 13, 2006, at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born April 26, 1950, in Little Washington to Alfred G. and Ann Finnegan Alexander. Mr. Alexander was a 1973 graduate of N.C. State University and a production manager in the furniture industry for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Nancy Alexander. Survivors include his wife, Terri Walton Alexander of the home; a son, C. S. Alexander and wife Lee of Wilmington; a brother, Joe Alexander of Windsor; a sister, Theresa Jordan and husband Terry of Edenton; a niece, Jamie Harmon of Windsor; a nephew, Wendell Jordan of Edenton; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Trey and Donna Walton, and their son, Donny Walton, all of Willow Spring. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug.17, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel in Garner. Burial will be in Montlawn Cemetery in Raleigh. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel in Winston-Salem. Memorials may be made to Garner United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 2179, Garner, NC 27529.

We are so sorry to hear about your loss. I used to work with Grady at AMT, my name is Pam Westbrook. And my husband, Brian used to work on his car at Merchant's Tire in Thomasville. Grady was one of the sweetest men I have ever know. He will truely be missed. We will be thinking of you and your family.
