Loretta W. Corriveau

BELLINGHAM - Loretta W. (Renquin) Corriveau, 75, of Bellingham, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, Oct. 14, 2016, at the Blaire House in Milford.

She is the beloved wife of the late Eric F. Corriveau. Born in Attleboro on Sept. 25, 1941, she is the daughter of the late Omer and Catherine (Heagney) Renquin. She is the loving mother of Brian E. Corriveau of Bellingham, James M. Corriveau of Bellingham, Carolanne Boyle of Winthrop, Mass.; and Melissa M. Russell and her husband James of Bellingham. She leaves her cherished grandchildren, Alyssa, James, Erika and Nicholas Russell. She is the sister of Paul Renquin of Attleboro, Suzanne St. Germain of Mashpee, Mass.; Bernadette Achin of North Falmouth, Mass.; and the late Raymond Renquin and Judith Drazek.

She was a longtime resident of Bellingham, formerly of Attleboro, where she was raised, and was a graduate of St. Xavier Academy in Providence. She worked many years in the administrative services field, including for the Department of Social Services in Framingham.

She was a communicant of the former Assumption Church and was a devout practicing Catholic.

A loving mother and homemaker, she was an excellent cook, enjoyed reading, being in her home and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 10 a.m. from CARTIER'S FUNERAL HOME, 151 South Main St. (Route 126), with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Brendan's Church, 384 Hartford Ave. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
