Dan Lowe Obituary

Dan K. Lowe, 62, of Paris, Illinois passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025. He was born on September 27, 1962, in Coshocton, Ohio to Myron Lowe and Judy McCoy Barrick. Dan was a truck driver for many years. He always said he got to see the world through the windshield. Dan enjoyed going to the casino and gambling. He wanted to travel but never found the time. Most of all he loved being with his beloved family. Dan is survived by his sons Jason Nield (Amanda), Corey Lowe (Billie), and Levi Lowe (Julia), several grandchildren, sisters Sue Loomis (Tim), Tina Sherrell (David), Lisa Marlow (Geoff), Kandy Green (Aaron), and Jennifer Cannon, brothers Jason Lowe and Brian Lowe (Shannon), many nieces and nephews as well as his beloved dog Lilly. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, infant daughter Kelly Lowe, and brother Randy Lowe. Cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Dan's birthday, September 27, 2025 at Tim and Sue's barn. Online condolences may be made to www.samaritanfunerals.com.
