Diana Winders Obituary

Diana Lynn (Stewart) Winders, age 63, of Spencer, Indiana, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Born in Lebanon, Indiana, on August 7, 1961, she was the beloved daughter of James and Marion (Coons) Stewart. Diana was a proud graduate of Cloverdale High School. She married the love of her life, Alan Winders, on April 26, 1980, in Spencer. Diana dedicated many years of service at Cook Urological in Spencer, where she formed lasting friendships. She will be remembered for her love of camping and the outdoors, her passion for reading, her fondness for her cats, and, most of all, the time she cherished with her family. Diana is survived by her loving daughters, Sarah VanHorn (Anthony) of Spencer and Autumn Woodward (David) of Enterprise, Alabama; her adored grandchildren, Austin, Isaac, and Trace Woodward, and Caleb and Layla VanHorn; and her sister, Donna Patrick of Cloverdale. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Alan Winders; and her brothers, Jim and Mark Stewart. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home, 105 N. Montgomery Street, Spencer, Indiana, 47460. Arrangements are entrusted to West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.westparrishpedigo.com.
