Margaret M. Misal

LANCASTER Margaret M. (Lake) Misal, 80, formerly of Columbia and Wrightsville, died Wednesday at the Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a lengthy illness. Born in Columbia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lila Lowe Misal. She retired on disability from the former Tinyetts Co. in Columbia. Margaret was a member of the Marietta Community Chapel and enjoyed playing cards and wordsearch. She is survived by her sons, Scott Lake, Jr. and his wife, Lisa, York; Terry D. Lake and his ex wife, Linda (Mellinger), Winterstown; Barry E. Lake and his wife, Cindy (Kline) Bittersville; John W. Lake and his wife, Karen (Smith) Wrightsville; 12 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; brother, Charles "Bay" Misal Jr. Columbia. She was preceded in death by her brothers, William "Bill" Misal, Gordon "Duke" Misal and Scott's longtime girlfriend the late Beverly (Friese) Beck. Funeral services will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. 519 Walnut St. Columbia, on Friday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dan Althouse, officiating. Interment in Laurel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may view at the funeral home on Friday one hour prior to the service. Kindly omit flowers.
