Dear Schultz Family,
It wasn't until this evening at the gym that my husband and I learned of Stephen's death from some of his friends. My husband knew Stephen better than I did and they spoke quite a bit. When Ron learned of Stephen's death he was very broken and had to walk away to grieve. Your son was a remarkable young man. He was always smiling and making us laugh. We are completely shocked and saddened and our hearts and prayers will cover you and your precious family. We can't imagine the sorrow you must be facing. Please know we are with you in spirit.

Donna, I was informed by one of my neighbors today about the tragic loss of your son. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I wanted you to know that I am thinking and praying for you and your family. You and the girls at the salon are on my mind frequently. I hope all is well there. I just wanted, again to tell you how sad I am for your loss. Time heals all, but our loved ones are never forgotten.

Mrs. Donna, Mr. Steve, Jeff, Pat, And Matt,
I am truly sorry for the loss of stephen. He was one of my bestfriends. He is the only 20 year old man that would take the time of day to come over just to play lacrosse, b-ball, take me to bonkys, or do my science home work. He was a great person and was my shoulder to fall on. He is heaven playing baseball with a team that cannot be beat. He will so truly be missed and he has touched every1 in his own way. I know stephen is looking down on us smiling and cheering on them ol' Buck's. I can truly say that the lacrosse stick that he used with be retired and kept in safe keeping. All of you will be in my prayers. I love all of you and see you at the coop.

Dear Donna & family. I do not know
you, but have heard so much of you
from my daughter-in-law, Deb Stevens. She was at dinner with
my family when she heard the news
of your son's death and was
so distraught. I hope that she
will be able to help you a little
thru this time.
I lost a five-year old son many years
ago in an accident and can only

My deepest sympathies to you and all of your family. I can remember my son Andrew (Stewie) playing baseball with Stephen just last year. I can remember Stephen swimming at my house for a baseball swim party and how I was amazed by his politeness to me and my family. My heart breaks for his parents and siblings. I can not even begin to imagine just how unbearable this must be now for you all but remember you are not alone and Stephen will never be forgotten. If you need anything please do not hestitate to contact me.

Stepehen,
We went through school together but were never that close until we began at HACC together. In my speech class, the first thing I noticed about you was that you had this incredible likeliness about you. Always making everyone around you laugh! You were such a good person and so funny! Sitting next to you in class was the highlight of my day. I'll never forget our conversations wherever they may have been and whatever they may have been about(always something entertaining). Quoting movies back and forth was something just natural between us. I think the reason everyone was so drawn to you was you were so comfortable being yourself that you had this unique openess. You were always looking forward to meeting and talking with new people. Your personality was your best quality and your smile was something that no one could ignore, a magnet. You were a very special person and touched a lot of lives. You will forever be missed. My thoughts go out to your family and closest friends and Stephen, those fireworks will still go off for you on your birthday. We all love you. Rest in peace.

Even though I only knew Stephen for the 3 months I worked with him at the Home Depot it didn't take very long to form a bond with him. He always smiled when he came to work and brought light into many peoples lives, especially the ones he worked closely with. I never had to worry about having a bad day when Stephen was around because his goofiness always brought a smile to my face. I do offer my condolences, however being someone who has experienced death many times in her life, I know there will be nothing I could say that would ease the emotions this family is going through. Although I do hope you will take comfort in this, I have had a star named after your loved son, Stephen Schultz III, at the National Star Registry Foundation. No matter where you travel throughout your life, all you will have to do is look to the sky, and he will always be shining down on you. Bless your Hearts.

I've known Stephen since middle school and although we lost touch a little through out high school I will always remember the ability he had to light up a room and make anyone smile. He had the best sense of humor and was an over all wonderful person! His loss is tragic and early, but he is with the Lord now and in a better place. He will be greatly missed and his memories will be greatly cherished. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Stephen, may you rest in peace with the lord, Jesus Christ.

Stephen,
Wear do i begin? You were not only and amazing boyfriend but you were my best friend. We told each other everything and new everything there is to know about one another. You can say you are my rock. I always had you, new you were always there for me. Its like i am a kid and have to grow up now because i dont have you. i know you would have never left and will always be with me. No one can every replace you or take your spot. I am trying to understand this. I am still quite confused. I am not ready to let you go its going to take me a while to really get ahold of all this. We had so many plans and now they have changed.
